Handmade Chocolates
Our chocolates are carefully handmade using Australian native superfoods. They're dairy free, gluten free and refined sugar free.
Our story
Having been used by Indigenous Australians for thousands of years, native ingredients are abundant across Australia. After trying a sample box of these ingredients, I was astonished by the many ways I could replace ordinary herbs and spices in my cooking.
From there, I began to experiment some more, first with bliss balls then with chocolate. My friends and colleagues were my super taste testers and critics. I was also very aware of people's food allergies and the need for tasty, nutritious treats. Aptly, Trish's Tukka began!
The tastes vary so much from the tart flavours of Davidson plum to the peachy flavour of quandong, the nutty flavours of both wattleseed and sandalwood, to the zesty flavours of lemon myrtle, desert and finger lime. There's also the sweet, spicy apple flavour of muntries and the smooth spicy taste of mountain pepperberry and pepperleaf.
Whatever your taste preference, there's a flavour for you.
Trish's Tukka acknowledges the Traditional Owners of Country throughout Australia and recognises the continuing connection to lands, waters and communities. We pay our respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures; and to Elders past and present.
